RouteRep Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RouteRep handles information when you use the RouteRep app.

Information you enter into RouteRep

RouteRep lets you enter and manage information such as routes, stops, and related account or customer details. This information is intended for your use within the app.

iCloud and synchronization

If you enable or use synchronization, RouteRep uses Apple's CloudKit/iCloud services to sync app information across your devices using your iCloud account. Information synced through iCloud is handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy practices. The developer of RouteRep does not operate its own server to store the route and account information you sync through your private iCloud database and does not have access to the contents of that private database through the app's normal CloudKit design.

Your use of iCloud is also subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. You control your Apple account and iCloud settings.

Subscriptions and payments

If you purchase or manage a RouteRep subscription, the transaction is processed through Apple's App Store and in-app purchase systems. RouteRep does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple handles payment information in accordance with its own policies and terms.

Collection, advertising, and analytics

RouteRep is not designed to send the information you enter into the app to a server operated by the developer. This policy does not cover information Apple processes to provide iCloud, App Store, or subscription services, or information that may be processed by your device or operating system.

The developer should ensure that the app's current version and any included third-party software do not collect information in ways that require additional disclosure. If RouteRep's data practices change, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Data retention and deletion

Information stored locally on your device or synced through your iCloud account may remain there until you delete it or remove it using the app, your device, or your iCloud settings. Apple controls its own retention and deletion practices for data it processes.

Children's privacy

RouteRep is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app or its data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version was published.
